3. Nature of Our Services
Our services are intended to support personal reflection, gratitude, self-awareness and personal development.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, our activations, guided audio experiences, coaching and personal development sessions are not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, psychiatric care or other professional healthcare services.
We do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental health conditions through our general wellbeing experiences.
NTT™ sessions and coaching are provided within the scope of the service agreed with you. You remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health support where needed.
Our services are not intended to replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional, and you should not delay seeking professional care because of anything you experience through our services.
4. Personal Responsibility and Individual Experiences
Everyone responds differently to guided visualisations, immersive audio, gratitude practices, coaching and personal development experiences.
You may experience relaxation, emotional reflection, unexpected feelings or no noticeable change at all. We do not guarantee any particular emotional, psychological, physical, professional or personal outcome.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and personal wellbeing before, during and after participating in our services.
You are encouraged to participate at your own pace, remain within your comfort level and discontinue an activity if you feel uncomfortable or distressed.
If you have concerns about whether a particular experience is appropriate for you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
5. In-Person Activations and Events
When attending an in-person activation, workshop or event, you agree to:
- Follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the facilitator or venue.
- Use equipment, including headphones and other audio equipment, responsibly.
- Inform the facilitator of any relevant accessibility needs or safety concerns before the experience where possible.
- Respect the privacy, personal boundaries and participation choices of others.
- Refrain from conduct that may compromise the safety or comfort of other participants.
Participation in guided visualisation or audio-based experiences is voluntary. You may remove your headphones, open your eyes, change position or stop participating at any time.
Please do not participate while driving, operating machinery or performing any activity that requires your full attention.
We may refuse or discontinue participation where reasonably necessary for safety, including where a participant's behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
If we need to cancel, postpone or materially change an event, we will communicate the available options, subject to applicable consumer law.
6. Personalised Activations
Personalised experiences are created using information you voluntarily provide, such as your goals, preferences, personal reflections and other details relevant to your requested experience.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.
Personalised content is created to reflect the information and objectives agreed with you. While we take reasonable care in preparing your experience, we cannot guarantee that it will meet every subjective preference or produce a particular result.
Any agreed inclusions, delivery timeframes, revision allowances and other service-specific conditions will be communicated before purchase or confirmed in writing.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used and protected.
7. Coaching and NTT™ Sessions
Coaching and NTT™ sessions are collaborative personal development experiences.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
- Your participation is voluntary.
- You are responsible for your own choices and decisions.
- Outcomes vary from person to person.
- You may choose not to answer a question or continue with an exercise.
- You should communicate relevant concerns or discomfort to your practitioner.
- You may stop a session if you no longer feel comfortable participating.
These sessions do not guarantee a particular change in beliefs, behaviour, emotional state, relationships, performance or other life circumstances.
Unless specifically agreed and lawfully provided by an appropriately qualified professional, our coaching and NTT™ services do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice.
Any practitioner providing a service must operate within their actual qualifications, professional scope and applicable legal requirements.
8. Bookings, Payments and Pricing
Prices, payment terms and service inclusions will be displayed on the relevant product or booking page, or set out in a written proposal or quotation.
Payment must be made using the payment methods and within the timeframes specified at the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed once the applicable booking and payment requirements have been met and confirmation has been provided.
For customised, corporate or group services, additional terms may be agreed in a written proposal or service agreement. If those terms conflict with these general terms, the specific written agreement will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
All prices and applicable taxes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
9. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
Our cancellation and rescheduling arrangements will be communicated on the relevant booking page or in your booking confirmation.
Where a specific cancellation policy applies, it will form part of the terms of your booking, subject to applicable law.
